A leading company in Chester, PA is seeking a temporary Customer Service Representative to support their team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling customer inquiries over the phone and via email, and entering customer information into internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
Location: Chester, PA (On-site)
Pay Rate: $17-$20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Assignment Length: Approx. 4 months with a possibility for extension
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
- Enter and update customer data accurately in the company database
- Assist with general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
