Hourly Wage Estimate: $36.68 - $55.53 / hour Overview As a Registered Nurse Mom Baby, your voice to influence patient care is valued and empowered. You will help shape decisions that elevate both patient outcomes and the future of nursing. Responsibilities Offer high quality OB care and Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) programs. Direct and coordinate all nursing care for mother and baby patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards. Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes. Contribute to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred. Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse. BLS – Health Care Provider, ACLS, and NRP.
