Location: Blue Ash, OH

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM + 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM

Push Buttons, Pull Levers, Cash Paychecks

Required

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• 3-5 years of bindery machine operating experience in a print manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting and machine setup skills
• Ability to work with multiple paper weights and product configurations
• Basic computer knowledge; PACE experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally
• Ability to push/pull pallet jacks and rolling carts

Job Duties

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot bindery equipment including:
  • Stitchers
  • Cutters
  • Folders
  • Folder/Gluer machines
  • Die Cutters
  • Collators
• Monitor print finishing quality and maintain production efficiency
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Read and follow job tickets, work instructions, and production schedules
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Train and support new or temporary team members as needed
• Keep work areas organized and compliant with safety and quality standards
