Customer Service Data Clerk

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Data Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting customer service operations through accurate data entry, order processing, record maintenance, and professional communication with customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Enter and maintain customer, order, and account information with a high degree of accuracy.
• Process customer orders, updates, and requests in company systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Review data for completeness and accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain organized electronic and paper records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor order status and provide updates to customers when appropriate.
• Generate reports and assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
• Follow established procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service, data entry, administrative support, order processing, or related roles preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data management systems.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, or order management systems is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
