We are looking for a Program Control Analyst (PCA) to join our Intel Solutions team to support globally dispersed contracts. As a Program Control Analyst, you will:Develop, interpret and implement financial data of the program to input into monthly reportsGather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, trended future requirements, and operating forecastsPrepare reports of findings and recommendations to managementAnalyze financial performance including comparison of actual results against planned resultsWork with financial models such as Cost-Plus Fixed Fee, Firm Fixed Price, and Cost-Plus Incentive FeeAssist the PMO with milestone tracking to include earned value-like reportingPerform all program control related duties to include ensuring all costs are captured properly and preparing customer financial deliverablesRequired Education, Experience, & SkillsBachelor's degree in related field and 2+ years of relevant work experienceProficient with Microsoft 365 applications and servicesDemonstrate problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customersStrong interpersonal skills to influence diverse work teamsAbility to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast paced environmentAbility to know when to ask questions about policies and procedures to ensure proper guidanceAbility to quickly learn industry practices and standards as well as company policiesPreferred Education, Experience, & SkillsPassion for growing technology and AI capabilitiesTrack record of on-time financial delivery and high-award feeExperience with incentive-fee type contractsKnowledge of EVMS reportingPay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $67406 - $114590 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
