Litigation Attorney

We are a growing, multi-state law firm seeking an *Attorney (3+ years experience)* to handle *criminal defense, family law, and/or civil litigation matters in Iowa*. This is a *primarily remote position*, with *in-person court appearances as needed in your local area (Des Moines, Davenport, Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, or nearby courts)*.

• What You’ll Do*
• Handle a caseload in *criminal defense, family law, and/or civil litigation* based on your background
• Attend court locally as required
• Manage cases with administrative and legal support
• Grow into increased responsibility and autonomy
• Who We’re Looking For*
• *3+ years of experience* in *criminal defense, family law, civil litigation, or a combination*
• Licensed in Iowa (or pending admission)
• Able to manage cases with support and increasing independence
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• *$100,000 – $150,000 base salary*, based on experience and production
