Daytime Custodian

Location: Pearlridge Center - Aiea, HI 96701 Salary: $16.00 - $16.00 per hour Job Summary The Custodian/Cleaner will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of all areas of the facility to ensure a positive member experience. Discounts on movie tickets, theme parks, hotels, attractions, and much more. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and gym floor. Stock locker rooms with proper supplies and paper products. Properly dispose of trash and maintain trash cans. Clean/dust items high off the ground (e.g., ceiling fans, TVs, rafters). Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment—such as toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment—to the Club Manager. Follow the Lost and Found Policy and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager immediately. Qualifications Custodial experience is preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older. Punctuality and reliability are musts. Honesty and an exceptional work ethic. Ability to solve problems independently. Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions with appropriate behavior and language. High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Physical Demands Continual standing and walking during shift. Occasional lifting of over 80 pounds. Exposure to toxic chemicals. Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities.
