Your Role at Dollar Tree Assist with the daily operations of the assigned store, including receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely in accordance with productivity standards. Help with merchandising and stocking as needed. Be fully cross‑trained to support the cash register and assist customers. Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders. Assist with all store cleanliness activities, such as restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and keeping all areas neat and presentable. Other duties may be assigned. Your Skills and Experience Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from the floor to above shoulder height and handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting. Provide exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills. High level of integrity. Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.
