Insurance Agent/Producer

Description Primary Job Duties Maintain an active state insurance license and complete required continuing education (CE) courses. Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude. Assist customers with payments, quotes, and policy issuance while educating them on coverage options to ensure proper protection. Follow the Agency Standards Manual and established procedures. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Follow up on outstanding items and maintain complete customer files for the agency and insurance carriers. Complete filing and posting within the agency management system. Monitor renewals and maintain required reports. Maintain a neat, professional appearance and good grooming. Demonstrate strong organizational and computer skills. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail. Complete tasks in a timely manner. Work well with others as a team player.
