Skilled Construction Laborer – $25/Hour - Start ASAP

We're hiring General Laborers to support the construction of prefabricated metal buildings. This role involves a mix of foundation work, assembly, and hands-on tasks using basic tools. You'll receive training to read blueprints and contribute to the successful completion of commercial projects.

Location: Lincoln, NE and surrounding areas

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Responsibilities

Assist with footings and foundation preparation
Assemble prefabricated metal buildings
Operate hand and power tools, lifts, telehandlers, and skid steers
Perform physical labor on commercial construction sites
Work with materials including metal panels, trims, insulation, drywall, and paint
Follow verbal and written instructions accurately
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Experience

1+ year of construction experience
Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
Exposure to at least 3 of the following trades:
- Metal Panel Installation
- Trims
- Insulation
- Carpentry
- Drywall
- Painting
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Willingness to work in varying weather conditions (Summer/Winter)
Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy objects

This is a Contract position based out of Lincoln, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
