About the role: As a Senior Consulting Manager Organizational Change Management (OCM), you will make an impact by leading enterprise-scale transformation programsprimarily SAP S/4HANA and ERP modernization initiativesusing proven change methodologies to ensure successful adoption and measurable business outcomes. You will be a valued member of our Consulting organization and partner closely with cross-functional teams, program leaders, and client executives.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and manage end-to-end change management strategies for SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and broader digital transformation programs.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communication planning, workforce transition, training strategies, and organizational readiness.
• Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to support effective adoption of new systems and processes.
• Partner with client executives and project teams to integrate change management activities into program delivery.
• Identify and mitigate change risks and adoption challenges.
• Apply structured OCM methodologies and digital adoption tools such as SAP Enable Now or WalkMe.
• Coach and guide project teams through the change lifecycle.
• Contribute to practice development through thought leadership and consulting solution development.
• Demonstrate the Cognizant Way to Lead through Personal, Organizational, and Business Leadership.

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a position that requires 3-4 days a week in a client office in Chicago. • 810+ years leading full-scale OCM initiatives for SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC programs.
• Strong experience developing OCM strategy, training, stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness plans.
• Experience with SAP Enable Now or WalkMe.
• Proven client-facing consulting experience.
• Embodiment of the Cognizant Way to Lead and Cognizant Values.

These will help you stand out:

• Experience supporting M&A integration or future-state operating model design.
• Experience working in matrixed environments on global programs.
• Experience creating OCM frameworks or assets.
• Strong facilitation and executive communication.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $98,853 - $158,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
