As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will contribute to increasing retention rates and occupancy percentages by maintaining and improving the physical property. Responsibilities Ensurecompliancewithinthemaintenanceteam. Improveprocessesandfindefficienciesinworkflow. Troubleshootandimplementcost-savingtechniquesand recommend improvements. Leadinthemanagement,trainingandretentionofqualityemployees. Consistentlyreviewpendingworkordersandallocatethemappropriately. Maintainmonthlyandyearlybudgetoverages. Facilitatepropertymaintenanceissues,includingschedulingregularmaintenanceandrepair,negotiatingcontractswithvendorsandconductingproperty inspections. Reviewturnsandmake-readyscheduleanddelegateworktoproperworkgroups. Qualifications Proven experience in Property Maintenance Three years’ experience as a Manager/Supervisor HVAC certified Pool certification High school diploma or equivalent, preferred Valid Driver’s License Required Testing Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR Position Type Hourly Rate Full-time Competitive pay & benefits (including healthcare & 401k) Position Location 80110/CO ; Reporting: direct to Community Manager.
