Warehouse Shop Facilitator / Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Shop Facilitator / Driver to coordinate our daily shop and warehouse floor operations and able drive (if needed). Must have clean license.

Responsibilities are but not limited to:

Coordinate Daily Floor Activity : Supervise tasks including inventory receipt, order picking, packing, and shipment dispatch. Must be able to drive a forklift.
Support the Team : Facilitate clear communication between supervisors, managers, and floor personnel.
Physical Stamina : Ability to lift heavy objects and remain on your feet for extended periods.
Communication : Strong interpersonal skills to navigate diverse team dynamics.
Equipment Knowledge : Basic understanding of standard material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, order pickers) is a plus.
Experience : Minimum 5+ years in warehouse operations, shop coordination,
