JOB TITLE : Delivery Specialist (AKA: The Delivery Hero)
DEPARTMENT : Operations / The "Heavy Lifting" Crew
REPORTS TO : The Command Center (Store Manager)
THE MISSION
You are the final, most important piece of the puzzle! When a customer picks out the perfect setup, you are the one who brings that dream through their front door. ? Backroom Boss: You help keep the warehouse and showroom organized and looking

Pilot of the Fleet

? Secure the Load: Using straps, pads, and dollies, you ensure every piece of furniture
arrives in showroom condition.
