Faithful Staffing Solutions is currently hiring a California Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home therapy services throughout the Inland Empire. This position offers a flexible schedule, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and the opportunity to transition to a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, balance, and overall functional independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed exercises and treatment plans.
• Accurately document patient visits and treatment progress.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, state regulations, and professional standards.
• Travel to patients' homes within your assigned service area.

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License (Required)
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Valid California Driver's License
• Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance
• Ability to travel throughout the Inland Empire
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Home health experience is a plus but not required
