Security Supervisor

Security Supervisor The Security Supervisor supports the daily security and safety operations of the hotel by ensuring compliance with safety procedures, conducting inspections, maintaining accurate records and reports, managing access control systems, and assisting with risk prevention initiatives. This position works closely with all departments to maintain a safe, secure, and compliant environment for guests, hosts, and property assets. Assists in overseeing disciplinary action, interviewing new hires and/or transfers, and staff development training for the staff. Qualifications Active driver's license and State of Hawaii Security Guard License required. Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Security, Safety, Loss Prevention, or a related field; hospitality experience and supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Must be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong written and verbal communication skills preferred. Compensation and Benefits Base pay starts at $30.00/hour.
