University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide compassionate and personalized care to clients inClawson, MI. This role involves supporting individuals with daily living activities to enhance their quality of life in a home care setting. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Support clients with mobility and transferring safely Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment Monitor clients’ health and report any changes to supervisors or healthcare professionals Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and confidentiality guidelines Requirements Previous experience in personal care or related field is an asset Ability to perform physical tasks and assist with mobility Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, compassionate, and patient demeanor Ability to pass background checks Benefits Competitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $19.00, paid twice a month Flexible scheduling options Training and professional development opportunities Supportive team environment About the Company University Home Care Inc is committed to providing quality home care services that enable clients to live independently and comfortably in their own homes.
