Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Clerical Aide to support the GVSD Administration Building front desk through our partnership at Great Valley School District (GVSD)!

Summary :

• Location: KD Markley Elementary (front office support)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00-4:30
• The hourly pay rate is $21.00 per hour

• Location: GV District Office
• Schedule - Mon-Fri 9:30-3:30
• 12 month position
• The hourly pay rate is $21.00/hour

• Location: Charlestown Elementary (front office support)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30-4:30
• Temporary 1-2 months
• The hourly pay rate is $21.00 per hour

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors with confidence, this position supports the front office
• Track and manage the scheduling of school buiding rooms used for meetings and events
• Sign in packages and greet delivery drivers, accept mail, and food deliveries
• Separate mail and packages in the mailroom and place in the mail slots
• Use the postage machine for sending out mail
• Light clerical computer work for various departments
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associates or Bachelors Degree - Preferred
• Experience working in database systems, Word and Excel
• Minimum of 1 year of experience performing routine clerical functions in an office setting

Credentialing Requirements:

• Employer paid clearances & TB screening!

(Clearances within 12 months)

• PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
• PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
• PA Department of Education FBI - Use code 1KG6XN
• TB Screening (current within 3 months)
• Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
