Caregiver Position

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in Canton, MI. This role involves providing high-quality, personalized care to our clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Provide medication reminders and monitor clients' health and well-being.
Help with mobility and transportation to appointments or errands.
Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and respectful relationship.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding client care and condition.

Requirements

Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting and assisting with mobility.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the Canton, MI area.
Flexible availability to meet clients' scheduling needs.
Pass background check as part of the hiring process.
