Job Summary:

We are seeking a confident, persuasive, results driven individual to speak with customers who are considering canceling our services. You will take the customers concerns and provide tailored solutions that best fits their needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong personality with persuasive communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service and or retention. (Preferred but not required)
Excellent problem solving skills.
Experience with Service Titan is a plus (Not required)
