Azure Architect Location: Boston, MA
Seeking a Technical Lead / Architect to design and deliver Next Best Action / Next Best Offer (NBA/NBO) solutions using Azure Rules Engine and Snowflake. The role will lead architecture, implementation, and integration of real-time and batch decisioning capabilities to drive personalized customer engagement and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :- Architect end-to-end NBA/NBO solutions (real-time + batch)
- Design and implement decision strategies, rules, and offer, Suppression logic using FICO
- Integrate decisioning engine with CRM, marketing, and digital channels
- Enable API-driven and event-based real-time decisioning
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, data, business, QA)
- Ensure governance, auditability, and scalability of decisioning platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define use cases, KPIs, and outcomes
- 10+ years IT experience; 3+ years in Azure Rules Engine and Snowflake
- Strong hands-on experience with: Azure Platform working with Snowflake data architecture
- Decision rules, strategy design, eligibility & prioritization logic
- Snowflake: data modeling, ELT/ETL, performance tuning
- APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures
- SQL, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
- CI/CD, DevOps, and secure integration patterns
