Automation & Controls Technician I/II - 3rd Shift

* Respond to production and maintenance requests within the scope of training an experience* Follow up with work done to ensure proper operation and repairs* Maintain a professional appearance and attitude* Participate in maintaining 5S activities for area* Complete basic preventative maintenance tasks as assigned* Occasional on call responsibilities on an as-needed basis* Occasional planned domestic travel for training, support, and preventative maintenance tasks* Occasionally participate in GPS events and other continuous improvement activities* Immediate response to all production and maintenance requests* Follow up with work done to ensure proper operation and repairs* Ensure parts and service are being delivered as requested and documentation is completed* Display world class customer service and professionalism* Participate in maintaining 5S activities for area* Complete all preventative maintenance (PMs) tasks assigned* Coordinate PMs with production and mechanics* Make occasional value-adding suggestions to new and existing PMs* Actively participating in the weekend on-call rotation* Able to respond quickly to phone calls and within 2 hours to on-site support* Occasional planned and unplanned travel for training, support, preventative maintenance tasks, and downtime support* Occasionally participate in GPS events and other continuous improvement activities* Level I: 0-2 years of relevant work experience in industrial equipment, power distribution, automation in a manufacturing environment required.* Level II: 2-4 years of relevant work experience in industrial equipment, power distribution, automation in a manufacturing environment required.* 2 Year / associate degree in Electromechanical, Electronics, Automation, or a related field or equivalent years of job experience required.* Light engineering* Project Management skills* Troubleshooting skills* Allen Bradley 500, 5000 platform programming training* AutoCAD Electrical* Project Management skills* Troubleshooting skills* Full awareness and understanding of all electrical hazards and mitigation techniques. May encounter pp to 600V nominal, CAT 4 and 15,000V resonator hazards on the job.* OEM equipment training* Less than 10% travel for this role.* Will work on-site in Tulsa, OK.* Work hours will be 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.* Off Shift will receive a $2.00 an hour shift premium pay.Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program.
