Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – PRN
Location: Hanover Hall – Hanover, PA

Hanover Hall is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality rehabilitation services at our skilled nursing facility in Hanover, PA. This flexible, as-needed role is ideal for a dedicated clinician who wants to make a meaningful impact while maintaining schedule flexibility.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech-language pathology services within your scope of practice
• Evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs
• Implement targeted interventions that support communication, cognition, swallowing safety, and functional independence
• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates with the interdisciplinary care team
• Document care accurately and maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

What You'll Bring:

• Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred/required as applicable
• BLS certification
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and a resident-centered mindset
