You'll enjoy year-round work, a supportive team, ongoing training, and the opportunity to build a long-term career with a company known for treating its employees like family.HVAC Install Technician Benefits and Compensation$24.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experienceMonday-Friday scheduleTypical hours: 7:00 AM-4:00 PMOvertime opportunities availableMonthly incentive program and SPIFF bonusesCompany vehicle providedHealth insuranceCompany-paid life insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)401(k) with company matchPaid training and continuing educationFinancial and retirement planning assistanceHVAC Install Technician Requirements & QualificationsEPA Universal Certification requiredMinimum of 3 years installing residential and/or light commercial HVAC systemsStrong sheet metal fabrication and ductwork experienceExperience installing complete HVAC systems from start to finishStartup and commissioning experienceWorking knowledge of airflow, refrigerant charging, HVAC controls, and electrical connectionsAbility to read installation specifications and manufacturer recommendationsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordComfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditionsAbility to lift up to 75 poundsMust HavesInstall furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, and related HVAC equipmentFabricate, modify, and install ductwork as neededPerform startup, commissioning, and operational testing of newly installed systemsVerify refrigerant charge, airflow, electrical connections, and overall system performanceKeep installation projects on schedule while maintaining quality workmanshipComplete commissioning reports and installation documentation accuratelyCommunicate professionally with homeowners and team members throughout each projectMaintain clean, organized jobsites, vehicles, and equipmentAssist with training and supporting apprentice installers when neededHVAC Install Technician Preferred Background & SkillsNATE Certification preferred, but not requiredExperience installing heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, mini-splits, geothermal systems, and air handlersKnowledge of zoning systems and indoor air quality productsExperience with duct design, airflow balancing, and HVAC commissioningStrong customer service and communication skillsStable work history with a reputable HVAC contractorCommitment to quality craftsmanship and safety
