Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

• Preparing and organizing the operating room to assist in surgical procedures
• Maintaining sterile fields while strictly adhering to infection control standards
• Providing instruments and critical supplies to surgeons and surgical teams
• Managing and preparing surgical equipment before, during, and after operations
• Ensuring all supplies are accounted for and ready for each surgical case
• Collaborating with your surgical colleagues, including nurses and anesthesiologists, for seamless patient care
• Keeping accurate documentation and surgical counts throughout procedures

Education Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• High school diploma or equivalent is required

Certifications Needed:

• Current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential is required
• BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)
