We are looking for candidates who are committed to learn, grow and offer exceptional hospitality. Requirements include strong organization skills, time management, attention to detail and food/wine/beverage knowledge.
Ideal candidates will be confident yet humble and empathetic, possess a team-player attitude, be refined in their communication with guests and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The individual ideally possesses the following qualities:
- A passion for food, wine and service
- A strong sense of urgency
- Strong organization skills
- A desire to provide unsurpassed hospitality
- Superior communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of tableside etiquette
- A desire for growth
- Have long term goals in the service industry
- A rigorous attention to detail
Candidates should have 2-4 years of restaurant experience; fine dining/premium casual experience preferred
Must have flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
