Deliver top‑notch service with empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Handle a high volume of calls with confidence and efficiency. Communicate across multiple channels to resolve issues and provide timely updates. Research solutions and respond to customer needs with helpful, accurate information. What We’re Looking For: 1+ year in a customer service role (home services or tech industry experience is a plus). Excellent communication and active listening skills. Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities. Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure. Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus.
