Security Officers Needed – Plantation Plantation, FL, United States of America Salary: $16.00 - $16.00 per hour. Overview Security Solution of America (SSA) is one of the fastest growing security guard and patrol companies in the U.S. Founded on teamwork, our success is driven by our officers in the field. We want you to become part of our team. Responsibilities Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises. Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates. Answer alarms and investigate disturbances. Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons. Circulate among visitors, patrons, or employees to preserve order and protect property. Requirements 18 years of age or older. U.S. citizen. Neat appearance. Pass a drug screening. Pass a background investigation. Reliable transportation and smartphone. Florida Class D license.
