Finance Manager

Position Overview

Atrium is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager on behalf of our client to lead financial planning and analysis, drive strategic initiatives, and provide insights to support executive decision-making. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial consolidation activities.
• Analyze financial performance, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders to provide P&L, cash flow, and operational insights.
• Develop and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Support ad hoc analysis, reporting, and cross-functional projects.
• Drive process improvements, reporting standardization, and automation efforts.

Required Experience/Skills

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience
• Strong FP&A, financial modeling, and strategic finance background
• Proficiency with large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
• Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Finance) preferred
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are a plus
