We have an immediate opening for an RDA. We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, friendly & out-going team player to provide excellent customer service to our young patients and their families. We pride ourselves on having a very loyal patient base and patients generally look forward to coming to the dentist. Our motto is "make the dental visit a highlight of the patient's day!" Our boutique office is located steps from Moonlight Beach and adjacent to the many restaurants & boutiques in downtown coastal Encinitas.

This position includes assisting the doctor with sedation dentistry, extractions, sealants and other procedures. We are looking for a good fit and willing to train the right person so experience is not required. A positive attitude and good work ethic is most desirable, as well as a fun loving personality. Dr Keller is a very caring, conservative and patient leader.

Coronal polishing is required for this position as well as ability to take digital radiographs. We use Eaglesoft, but experience with Eaglesoft is not required. We are generally busiest afterschool and summertime when kids are off school, but our hours are typically 8:30-5:00 Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday alternating weeks.
