Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of business on the floor, back‑room operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and operation, maintenance, and sanitization of equipment. Prepare (cut, grind, wrap, trim) meat products according to established standards; cut boneless meat products; and maintain product quality standards. Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. Be an Owner: Commit to operational excellence; maintain work area according to company policies and procedures; ensure quality and date‑control standards for meat products; secure fragile and high‑shrink merchandise; eliminate waste; assist members with purchasing decisions; and ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored as per company policies and procedures. Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
