Marketing Representative - Entry Level

Alphalete Marketing is hiring motivated individuals ready to gain hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, and business development. This full-time, on-site role is designed for candidates looking to build practical skills and grow within a performance-driven environment. Position Overview As an Entry-Level Marketing Representative, you’ll support brand awareness and customer acquisition through direct, face-to-face interactions. You’ll be trained to represent client brands, engage customers, and contribute to active marketing campaigns across the Greater Dallas area. Responsibilities: Engage face-to-face daily with potential new consumers and educate them on current promotions Represent the brand through direct marketing campaigns Interact with potential customers to provide quality customer service Act as a point person for all consumer relations Generate leads and drive SALES Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent (required) Customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred Motivated, team-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
