We are hiring a Front Office Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established, family-oriented construction company in the Woodinville, WA area. This onsite Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, providing excellent customer service, and keeping a busy front office organized and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming phone calls with a friendly, professional, and welcoming approach.
- Track, enter, and update customer leads in Smartsheet with accuracy and urgency.
- Follow up quickly on new inquiries to ensure prospective customers receive timely communication.
- Gather customer information, route calls appropriately, and communicate details to office staff and field teams.
- Maintain organized front office records, documentation, and customer information.
- Assist with general administrative support, front office organization, and use of internal systems.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
- Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Lunch: 1 hour.
- Work Environment: 100% onsite.
- Location: Woodinville, WA.
- Parking: Onsite parking available.
- Dress Code: Casual business attire that is clean and professional.
- Training: Structured training and documentation provided.
