Join an experienced team that prides itself in delivering authentic service and an amazing experience. Promptly respond to any guest requests (phone, email, text, in-person, etc.) Manage daily reservations (guest info, dates, payments, etc.) to ensure financials are in order, don’t worry we will train you! Help us keep our guest rooms sparkly clean, sanitized, and stocked! Care for the hotel to ensure common areas are always clean and tidy Welcome guests to town, showcasing local restaurants, attractions, and ensuring they make the most of their visit Set up and breakdown a tasty breakfast for our guests including restocking supplies and conducting inventory Inspect rooms to ensure they meet our standards, report maintenance needs Any other task required for the successful functioning of the hotel! What are we looking for? I can work independently for shifts ranging from from 5am-9PM (chat with us about open shifts!) I am able to work weekends and holidays, with flexibility to pick up additional shifts I can uphold our Team Values (Reliable, Lead by Example, Personable, Integrity, Never Settle) I am friendly and customer focused with a passion for delivering an awesome guest experience I am computer savvy and have a get er' done problem solver I have great attention to detail and a passion for keeping everything clean and tidy! I have a strong work ethic and am a reliable team player I can lift at least 25 pounds Nice to Haves (not deal-breakers!)
