Each BurgerFi store is built according to environmentally sustainable best practices, and includes earth-friendly elements, and a low carbon footprint.We are an independently owned and operated franchisee of BurgerFi International, LLC.Summary of Position: Works with General Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.Duties & Responsibilities:Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all timesEnsure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standardsControl cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and proceduresFill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operationsMust have a minimum of one year of supervisory experienceRequires a minimum of 2 years of restaurant experienceAssist restaurant management teamMaintain and enforce sanitation standards and proceduresExperience with Micros POS systemMust have the stamina to work a minimum of 55 hours a weekMust be able to travel out of state for a 2 1/2 week training courseMust have valid driver's license and be ServSafe & TABC certifiedProfessional oral and written communication skillsOrganizational and time management skillsAvailability to work all shifts (open, mid, close)Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookBasic understanding of food and labor costs, cash handling procedures and company policiesPersonable, friendly and outgoing personality - must enjoy interacting with and servicing othersInitiative, drive and a self-starting work ethicSuperior customer service and people skillsAbility to train, coach, and direct othersOutstanding attention to detail
