Our practice provides comprehensive primary care to adults age 18 and older and serves a diverse patient population with a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions. We are seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate, and independent Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an experienced provider who enjoys primary care, values autonomy, and is comfortable independently managing a patient panel while collaborating with other members of the healthcare team when needed.ScheduleWe offer flexibility depending on the needs of the selected candidate:Full-Time: Monday through Thursday, four 10-hour daysAlternative Full-Time Schedule: Monday through Friday, with Friday offering a hybrid/administrative optionPart-Time: Approximately 24–30 hours per weekPer Diem opportunities may also be consideredLocation: Brighton, NYSpecialty: Adult Primary CareWork Setting: Primarily in-personKey ResponsibilitiesThe NP/PA will provide comprehensive primary care and independently manage an assigned patient panel.
