We are hiring for 2 part-time positions

 

Are you looking for a meaningful and rewarding position supporting people’s health and wellbeing? Awaken wellness is an Integrative Wellness Center offering a positive work environment where people come to destress and heal.

 

The patient care coordinator sets the tone for our center. You will be the patients’ first and last contact, greeting them upon arrival, scheduling appointments, collecting payment, and assisting the practitioners to provide the best patient experience possible.

 

Awaken Wellness is looking for someone with GREAT people skills. Basic technology skills are required for our online scheduling software as well as checking emails, submitting insurance verifications, and the use of Microsoft office. Additional office duties include, changing over treatment tables with new linens, lite laundry, and dusting.

 

The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, work independently and enjoys engaging with patients and creating a welcoming presence for the center. Candidates must have a professional presentation that is representative of our practice, be conscientious, resourceful, and work well individually and with others. Scrubs are required as your uniform.

 

Applicants must present:

 

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

 

- Efficient and able to prioritize tasks.

 

- Punctual and reliable attendance

 

- A demonstrated track record of organization, reliability, and effectiveness

 

- Computer proficiency - training for our online software is provided.

 

- Experience working in a medical, spa, wellness center/clinic preferred.

Job Type: Part-time between 24-36 hours per week

Monday, 2pm - 8pm

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons 12pm - 6pm

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons 3pm - 8pm

2 Fridays a month 11am - 3pm.

2 Saturdays per month 8:30am - 4pm required.

Pay: $17-18 per hour depending on experience.
