Location: Newport VT
Weekend Shift: Monday - Thursday 

5:00 am - 3:00 pm

What You'll Do

Depending on your assignment, you'll support the manufacturing of world-class protective equipment through tasks such as:

• Assembly
• Cutting
• Edge blasting and drilling
• Laser cutting 
• Molding
• Painting
• Finishing/ Trimming/ Bonding
• Stapling
• Performing visual quality inspections
• Following work instructions and safety procedures
• Supporting production goals while maintaining high-quality standards

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates will have:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A dependable work ethic and commitment to safety
• Ability to use computers, tracking systems, and machine programs
• Ability to identify materials and products and perform quality inspections
• Willingness to complete required training and work in a manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during a shift
• Ability to bend, stoop, and move throughout the workday
• Ability to lift and move materials and finished products as needed
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
