Product Development Engineer Details:

• Contract position
• $ 75.00 / hour
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Job Details:

• Product development expertise in connectors, sockets, and cable assemblies from concept through production
• Strong 3D CAD modeling including 2D/3D design and tolerance analysis
• Experience with DFMEA, GD&T, and engineering validation/testing methodologies
• Knowledge of mechanical design, material selection, and manufacturing processes (stamping, molding, assembly, plating)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Product Development Engineer Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical or product development engineering
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software
• Knowledge of GD&T, DFMEA, tolerance analysis, and product validation processes

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
