Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough intakes and comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues, develop personalized treatment plans, and establish clinical diagnoses. \n
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address clients' unique goals and needs. \n
- Provide crisis intervention and support, managing acute mental health situations with a focus on safety and effective stabilization. \n
- Maintain precise and confidential client records, including detailed treatment plans, clinical notes, and assessment outcomes, aligning with professional ethical standards. \n
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and mental health specialists, to facilitate comprehensive client care and referrals. \n
- Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment modalities, and the resources available in the community while advocating effectively for their rights. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training, workshops, and industry conferences to remain current with innovative mental health practices. \n
Your work will primarily focus on diverse individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health conditions—from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders. You will foster a therapeutic environment that respects cultural sensitivities and individual experiences, ensuring that clients feel validated and understood throughout their healing journey.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Must hold a valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW). \n
- Possess a graduate degree (Master's or Doctoral) in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field. \n
- Demonstrates strong skills in clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and treatment planning. \n
- Minimum of two years of direct experience in a mental health setting, providing therapeutic services. \n
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members. \n
- A commitment to maintaining professional ethics, standards of practice, and client confidentiality. \n

- Prior experience in a clinical or telehealth setting is advantageous, although we are also open to entry-level positions for qualified candidates. \n
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth applications is a plus. \n
