Service Advisor
Dixie Buick GMC is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Fort Myers, FL. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle maintenance and repair experience. You will work closely with our service technicians and management to coordinate service schedules, provide accurate job estimates, and maintain clear communication with customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule service appointments and manage service workflow.
- Communicate service recommendations and repair estimates clearly and accurately.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Follow up with customers regarding service updates, approvals, and vehicle pickup.
- Maintain customer records and service documentation with accuracy.
- Resolve any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in automotive service advising or related customer service roles preferred.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is a plus.
- Proficiency with computer systems and customer management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
