About the Sanitor:

• We hold quality in our product to the highest level, and a sanitary work environment is essential for ensuring quality product is delivered to our customers.
• The Sanitor is responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment according to the Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures outlined by Coffee & Bagel Brands.
• Arranges baking racks, pan racks, and inoperable machines or other industrial equipment in neat and orderly manner.
• Maintains dividers, mixers intermediate proofer, conveyors, retarders/proofer, Steiner, spiral freezer, flour sifter and packing room clean in accordance with company standards.
• Cleans screens and filters,
• Cleans floors, drains, and drain sumps.
• Cleans outside of plant facility, driveways, flours silos, walkways.
• Cleans rooms, hallways lobbies, rest rooms and locker rooms and other work areas.
• Cleans oven and rack washer area.
• Washes walls, ceiling, skylights, and overhead piping.
• Washing windows, door panels and sills.
• Transports trash and waste to proper disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Replaces light bulbs.
• Picks up refuge from plant grounds and maintains area clean.
• Operates industrial truck to transport materials within the plant.
• Starts pumps to force cleaning solution through production machinery, piping, or mixers.
• Sets up and starts pumps to clean conveyor belting.
• Complies with and adheres to the company General Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Always keeps the working area clean.
• Abides by all safety rules and procedures.
• Responsible for the manufacture of safe, legal, and quality product.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• The Sanitor must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, be able to keep up in a fast paced environment, and not be afraid to get "dirty"

We are looking for:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand/walk on concrete floors
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent twisting of the back; climbing; reaching at above, and below shoulder level; and frequent use of both hand is required
• No warehouse experience required - We will train on the job!
