Job Title: Heavy General Laborer
Job Description

Join a dynamic team specializing in the manufacture of door, wall, and elevator protection fabric, with expanding product categories including washrooms, expansion joint systems, privacy solutions, elevator interiors, architectural signage, and commercial window treatments. We are seeking a dedicated heavy lifting employee to contribute to our growing operations.

Responsibilities

• Manually load and unload trucks.
• Perform inventory checks of fabrics.
• Utilize a pallet jack efficiently.
• Perform occasional forklift work, less than 10% of the day.
• Assist other departments as needed.

Essential Skills

• Experience in packing and production.
• Ability to perform inventory tasks.
• General labor skills.
• Experience in unloading and loading trucks.
• Proficiency in setting up equipment.
• Capability to move heavy rolls.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in general production.
• Skill in sewing and industrial sewing.
• Previous lifting and production experience.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mint Hill, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
