Floating Leasing Specialist - Denver

Join our team as a Floating Leasing Specialist in Denver, CO!Are you a bilingual and experienced leasing professional who loves the flexibility of supporting multiple communities and making an impact wherever you're needed? We're currently hiring a full-time Floating Leasing Specialist for our affordable housing communities in the Denver, CO area. This role provides leasing support throughout our affordable housing portfolio wherever it's needed most, working with a variety of affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, HOME, HTF, PBV, and more.What You'll Be Doing:Lease apartments in alignment with company policies, Fair Housing guidelines, and affordable housing laws.Conduct community tours and deliver a compelling, personalized experience to prospective residents.Build relationships with prospects, residents, vendors, and team members.Follow up with prospects and assist in converting leads to signed leases.Support outreach marketing efforts, community networking, and competitor research.Assist with move-in and move-out processes to ensure a smooth resident experience.Complete administrative tasks including answering calls, entering service requests, and maintaining records.Support compliance processes and coordinate with internal teams as needed.What You'll Bring:Local to Denver, CO and ability to travel 100% of the time throughout Denver.2+ years of leasing experience.Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.Affordable housing experience required.Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Customer service mindset with the ability to connect with a diverse population.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive Hourly pay starting at $29-$31 an hour.Medical, dental, and vision insurance to keep you and your family covered.401(k) with a 6% company match to help you invest in your future.18 days of PTO plus 11.5 paid holidays so you can recharge.Paid parental leave and disability coverage for added peace of mind.Career growth opportunities, training, and long-term stability with a growing organization.Application Deadline: August 28th, 2026If you’re ready to jump into a dynamic portfolio and make an immediate impact, we’d love to hear from you—apply today!Gorman & Company is an Equal Employment Affirmative Action Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr Gorman & Company, LLC
