Senior Global Clinical Study Manager

Senior Global Clinical Study Manager responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of clinical trials across multiple regions. Oversees site management, enrollment, monitoring, and closeout while managing stakeholder relationships, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead site selection, activation, recruitment performance, and monitoring strategy throughout study lifecycle
- Serve as primary client contact and manage cross-functional teams across regions and cultures
- Develop integrated study plans, identify risks, and implement mitigation and corrective actions
- Manage study budgets, forecasting, billing reviews, and financial performance tracking
- Ensure compliance with GCP standards, protocols, regulatory requirements, and trial management file health
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
- 5+ years clinical research/monitoring experience with 2+ years in study management
- 2+ years global study management across multiple countries and regions
- Phase I–III clinical trial experience with Phase III required
- Oncology experience required
- Strong ICH-GCP and FDA regulatory knowledge
- Demonstrated project financial management and Microsoft Office proficiency
Compensation: $93,100–$232,800 base
