Location: Findlay Township, PA 15126

Work Model: 100% on-site

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM

Travel: None required

Bill Rate: $25/hr

Contract Duration: Approximately 12 Months (Possible extension)

Hours: 40 hours/week

We’re seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator to support recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative operations for a manufacturing shop floor team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment for hourly positions, including candidate coordination and hiring administration.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate site visits.
• Partner with manufacturing leadership to understand staffing needs and serve as the primary contact for corporate Talent Acquisition to track open requisitions and hiring activity.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation sessions.
• Monitor and track employee absenteeism through the shop floor call-off process.
• Coordinate on-site employee engagement initiatives and projects.
• Develop and organize employee rewards and recognition programs.
• Collect suggestion box ideas, review them with manufacturing leadership, and coordinate related recognition and awards.
• Organize lunch-and-learn sessions and coordinate the shop floor event committee.
• Maintain and schedule the training calendar for the manufacturing shop floor team.

Must-Have Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
