For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.Primary Responsibilities:Lead the operational support and maintenance of the Child Support applicationEnsure system stability, performance, and compliance with CCWIS functional requirementsAct as the primary liaison between technical teams and client stakeholdersManage incident resolution, change requests, and enhancement planningTrack and prioritize client issues, pain points, and service requestsConduct regular service reviews and ensure adherence to SLAsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and resolve issuesMaintain documentation related to system operations, configurations, and updatesEnsure data integrity, security, and privacy in accordance with federal and state regulationsYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications:Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in application management or support, preferably in public sector or child support systems5+ years of experience in client relationship management and stakeholder engagementExperience with incident tracking tools, ticketing systems, and performance monitoringSolid understanding of CCWIS functional requirements and federal guidelinesSolid knowledge of service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)Proven ability to analyze functional and technical issues and drive resolutionPreferred Qualifications:In-depth knowledge of Title IV-E claiming processes and related system functionalityUnderstanding of federal reporting requirements, including AFCARS (Adoption and Foster Care Analysis and Reporting System), NCANDS (National Child Abuse and Neglect Data System), and NYTD (National Youth in Transition Database)Working knowledge of Youth Services programs and their operational needsUnderstanding of Adult Protective Services (APS) and related system functionalityProven excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skillsProven solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities*All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter PolicyPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
