Deer Valley Resort is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, in the historic mining town of Park City which has evolved into an exciting and diverse mountain ski town. Our staff consists of locals, transplants, seasonal workers from all 50 states and international students from around the globe. Purpose of Position: The Guest Services Agent is responsible for ensuring guest, owner, and employee satisfaction at the Lodges.

Responsibilities:

• Check guests and owners in and out of The Lodges
• Facilitate a smooth check-in and check-out for guests and owners
• Cover front desk during scheduled shift
• Answer the phone in a professional manner and transfer calls as appropriate
• Postfolio charges, perform folio reconciliation, and create shift reports
• Assist with owner and guest requests and proactively solve guest problems
• Assist with concierge duties, including making reservations for restaurants and activities
• Assist in coordinating the bell staff for guest pickups and drop offs
• Drive guests locally in the company vehicle
• Handle cash and credit card transactions and settle guest balances upon departure
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Deer Valley and the Park City area preferred
• Must be available to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Hold a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to drive company vehicles

Dates of Employment:

• Flex year round - may have periods of layoff or reduced hours

Pay Rate:

• $20.00 per hour
