Senior Account Executive

What is Pakket? Pakket is building the operating system for the physical world of warehouses. Today, most warehouse operations run on a patchwork of spreadsheets, radios, and outdated software. The actual activity on the floor — forklifts moving, trucks arriving, people working — is largely invisible to software systems. We change that. Pakket uses cameras and AI to create a real-time, live map of warehouse operations. We track forklifts, people, trailers, and yard movement — turning physical activity into structured, actionable data. This unlocks: Real-time visibility into operations Automated alerts (delays, congestion, detention risk) Historical analytics on performance A system of record for the warehouse floor Our goal is simple: make every warehouse measurable, optimizable, and autonomous. Pakket is already live — deployed in warehouses across America, tracking real forklifts, real trailers, and real operations right now. This isn't a pilot waiting to be proven. It's a product that's working, and we're scaling fast. Come join us in transforming the logistics world. The Role This is a founding sales hire. There's no playbook. You'll work directly with the founders to build the sales motion from scratch — identifying the right customers, running deals end-to-end, and shaping how Pakket goes to market. You'll be selling a genuinely new category into an industry that is large, sticky, and still largely offline. The buyers are ops leaders, VPs of logistics, and supply chain executives. The ROI is immediate and measurable. If you join, you will: Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, demos, pilots, and close Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise and mid-market logistics accounts Run technical demos with operations leaders and walk warehouse floors with customers Develop the repeatable sales motion, objection handling, and deal frameworks we'll use to scale Feed customer insight directly into product — you are not downstream of the founders, you're next to them Partner with our BDR to prioritize outbound and ensure the right accounts get worked Represent Pakket at industry events, trade shows, and on-site customer visits Qualifications We're not looking for someone who needs a large team, a comp calculator, or a Salesforce instance with 500 accounts already in it. We're looking for a scrappy builder who happens to be great at sales. 5–10+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, logistics tech, supply chain, or industrial software Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals — you know what a real pipeline looks like Comfortable in ambiguous, early‑stage environments where the process doesn't exist yet Strong enough to run technical conversations with operations and engineering buyers without losing them You go on‑site — you'll visit warehouses, meet operators on the floor, and sell to people who respect hustle You move fast, take ownership, and don't wait for permission to do the obvious thing You care more about outcomes than activity Bonus points if you: Have sold AI or computer vision products Know logistics, 3PL, or warehousing Have closed $500K+ deals Have navigated ops, IT, and finance buyers in the same deal Have early startup experienceHave helped define a new category Why Pakket Massive, underserved market — warehousing runs global logistics and is still largely offline Clear, immediate ROI for customers — measurable impact within days of deployment Sell something real — Pakket is infrastructure, not a feature Equity that means something — you're early, and the upside reflects that #J-18808-Ljbffr
