Assistant General Counsel - Energy & Infrastructure Deals

Tallgrass

Tallgrass is hiring a senior in-house Counsel to provide legal support across carbon capture, Tallgrass Water, and fiber initiatives. You will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements while advising on complex regulatory frameworks and 45Q tax considerations. The role requires JD, 10 years of legal experience, U.S. licensure, and ability to travel. Strong MS Office skills and independent, detail-oriented work style are essential.
